SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

That WE, PEMILYN Z. MIRO, Filipino, married, of legal age and a resident of
8380 Casa Peral St., Purok 6-A, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City and PEMINDINO S.
ZAPATOS, Filipino, married, of legal age and a resident of 8380 Casa Peral St.,
Purok 6-A, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say the following, that:

1. We are the surviving heirs of the late SALVACION V. SARABILLO and


PEDRO G. ZAPATOS, being their legitimate surviving children;

2. Our parents left a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Siay, Zamboanga-


Sibugay;

3. We agree and consent to lease the property as aforementioned in favor of


any interested natural or juridical person;

Hence, we do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT PEDMINTO S.


ZAPATOS, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy.
Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga-Sibugay, to be our true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact,
for us and in our name, place and stead to do and perform all or any of the
following:

4. To represent us in any and all negotiations pertaining to the lease of the


afore stated property;

5. To represent us for and in our behalf in the PROCESSING OF PAPERS


AND DOCUMENTS necessary for the lease of the same property;

6. To represent us for and in our behalf in the EXECUTION, payment of fees


required and to SIGN any and all documents and papers related thereto;

7. To receive our share to the proceeds of the lease in trust for and in our
behalf;

GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all
intents and purposes as we may could lawfully do if personally present with all
the power of substitution or revocation and hereby RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that our ATTORNEY-IN-FACT can lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue thereof.
