 Leading mapping of intermediate indicators for ZLA-EU Joint Program to Improve Democratic
Governance in Zambia focused on 3 high-prevalence districts in Luapula and Western Provinces
of Zambia.
 Conducting midterm progress methodological review to inform the field of practitioners working to
improve democratic governance at provincial level. Specifically governance issues including
Human Rights, Policy Engagement and Social Accountability to determine modalities of measuring
midterm progress, and developing a list proxy indicators with proposed data collection and
management recommendations.
 Developing toolkit to operationalize EU's Action Plan 2018-2022 focused on mainstreaming gender
targeted priorities including on Advocacy for Human Rights, ending GBV that is, increasing access
to education, and improving overall health outcomes for girls and boys.
 Creating monitoring and knowledge management system to track district-level Governance and
Gender Program Reviews in collaboration with different stakeholders.
 Reporting of Governance results including outcomes and tracking district and community-level
