I. Executive Summary
JC and J Fitness Club will provide health care and body work out services.
Since, Health care is on the top concerned in Philippines nowadays. JC and J Fitness
Club will offer very suitable cost service to all segment of customers services that are
attuned to the needs of the people in our society. Heart disease and obesity are very
serious for people health JC and J Fitness Club will establish in order to cure those ill.
JC and J Fitness Club is not affected by different seasons and keeps running
smoothly throughout the year. Health care Fitness club offers a huge lot of
opportunities for existing and potential investors. Marketing is growing for many
reasons some of them are the following.
Historical data shows that there is an increasing demand. The average
member visited the club over 100 times. Body work out and exercise has become a
daily life routine of Sta. Ignacia Citizen and the other clients come from other places.
Since JC and J Fitness Club is only the Gym that have in Sta. Ignacia. This means that
there’s a big possibility that our business become the top notch and it gives an
opportunity to generate branches to other places. Our primary strategy is to offer
lowest cost of services in comparison to competitors. Certified trainers and unique
intimate facility that fasters close positive relationships. Excellent location is the best
place for people easier to get there and short time to go there.
Our business will initially operate social media tools (e.g. Facebook and
Twitter) to showcase our various equipment and services that we serve in. We also
operate website to get and learn some tips for training and get well information.
Through this, clients can take the opportunities to visit and tried our business offer.
Over the last 5 years, our services are continually become progressive and
as of now JC and J Fitness Club were preparing for the expansion to get help and
serve one’s individual in a society.

Our gym will offer customers a variety of options for choosing their own
customs equipment according to their wants and needs of their body and we also
offer a variety of energy drinks. Most of the services that we serve will be muscle
train; however other equipment for gym will be available both women and men who
are looking for their wants and need of their body to become fit and healthy living.
The customers may choose from the existing equipment’s and tools, supply their
own, or have our personal trainers to coach and instruct them.

Our gym had four unique features. The first is the wide array of attending
seminars or group exercise classes to gain knowledge about the gym that they may
apply before they start to lose weight and have fitness body. Second, state of the art

used. The quality control of our equipment is of utmost importance. Suggestions or
comments are acceptable for us to give basis to improve more our services that we
serve in. This means that the quality of the equipment to be used is needs to be top
notch for the healthy living style of one’s individual.
Distribution Logistics
Our Fitness Club will initially operate community and home-based and use
Website and Social Media tools (Facebook and Twitter) to showcase our healthy
related services and actual high quality of our equipment’s and tools that we use for
ease of browsing and for free ask about the services that we served in. Any
customers will have the options to choose what equipment are needed for their body
or we serve personal trainers for them to give some tips and tutor them about our

Department of Trade and Industry provincial offices. A barangay clearance will also
be secured before it applies for a Mayor’s Permit in Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac to operate as
a Community-based business micro enterprise. The BIR registration will also be done
after getting all the necessary registration documents and permits form DTI,
Barangay, and Mayor’s Office. The Operational Manager, Supervisor, Marketing
Manager, Assistant Manager and the four Personal Trainers will be registered with
the Social Security system.
