Pursuant to Letter of Instruction No. 40 dated 18 November 1972, the


undersigned hereby agrees that in case he jumps bail and/or fails to appear for
trial despite notice, his/her absence will be deemed express waiver of his/her
right to be present and the Court can proceed with the case as if he/she is
present.

The herein accused hereby agrees that in case he/she fails to appear for
arraignment/trial despite due notice to him/her or to their authorized
representative, his/her absence shall be deemed as express Waiver of his/her
rights to be present which failure shall to all intents and purposes, authorized the
Court to proceed with the hearing as if he/she is personally present.
