Contract Acceptance for Exhibit Space Rental


Before signing this application/contract, please read the terms and conditions in the following, which are
integral part of this contract and includes the payment requirements. The person signing this contract
certifies that he/she has the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the terms and
conditions of this contract.
Ø Cost for Software & ITES Companies per Stall Space (8’x8’):
• For BASIS Members :
o Early Bird Registration : BDT. 33,000/= (Till November 30, 2010)
o Regular Registration : BDT. 55,000/= (Till December 31, 2010)
o Late Registration* : BDT. 77,000/= (Till January 20, 2011)
*subject to availability of stalls

• For Non BASIS Members :


o Regular Registration : BDT. 66,000/= (Till December 31, 2010)
o Late Registration* : BDT. 95,000/= (Till January 20, 2011)
*subject to availability of stalls

Ø Cost per Pavilion Space (16’x16’):

• For BASIS Members :


o Early Bird Registration : BDT. 1,32,000/= (Till November 30, 2010)
o Regular Registration : BDT. 2,20,000/= (Till December 31, 2010)
o Late Registration* : BDT. 3,30,000/= (Till January 20, 2011)

• Preference for stall choice will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis against a


confirmed stall booking (within specific expo zone).
• Stall booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of complete payment through Pay
Order in favor of BASIS.
• For confirmation of stall booking, any member company must clear all other existing
due (like membership subscription fee or any other fee) with BASIS
