2. Tour plans can be altered by the tour manager on behalf of the requisition by group
leader or accompanying staffs.
3. Tour Manager or Organizer will not be responsible for unexpected incidents like
strike, political bandh etc..
4. If any breakages are made by tourister at at hotel,bus and train they should be
responsible for that,and charges should be cleared at the spot.
5. No refund will be made if any student withdraws from the tour at any stage.
General Guidelines to Tour:
Group leader should carry their College Bonafied letter to get
student concession at all sight seeing places.
1. Students and Staffs should carry ID cards,medicines etc..
2. Please avoid smoking,drinking,costly jewels and talking
unknown persons at tour period.
3. Be sure with your baggage at train and while checking out
from hotels.
