Position Tree Structure
Navigation to create Tree:
Settings and Actions -> Setup and Maintenance -> Click
Setup -> Go to Task pane -> Search -> click
Task name> manage position tree>click
Go to Actions -> Create Tree -> click
Enter Name, Code -> click on next
Click on next
Click on Submit
Go to Actions -> Create Tree Version
Select created position tree and go to actions create tree version
Create Tree Version -> Enter Name, Eff date -> Click on next
Click on "+" button to add tree nodes
Once we click on "+" button, the tree node will available:
check -> Specific value -> search -> select the hierarchy
click on search then page will be open then search by Name: chief Executive Officer
click on Add Tree Node
We need to select the added Node to create another one under it:
We can see the below screen shot -> Click on submit
Highlight Tree Version -> Actions -> Set Status -> Active -> click
Next Screen -> click on online audit
Highlight the tree version -> Go to Actions -> View Tree Version
After clicking on view Tree Version the page will be like this
