SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DANTE M. BOOC, single with the residence address at Blk. 1, Lot 24, F.S.
Dizon Rd., El Rio Vista Village, Brgy. 19B, Davao City, have named appointed and
constituted any by this present do hereby name, appoint and constitute EVANGELINE P.
SOBELINO be of legal age with residence address at 217A Buenmar Avenue., Phase 2,
Greenland Executive Village, Cainta Rizal, to be true and lawful ATTORNEY’S IN FACT, for
me:

A parcel of land ( LOT 9066 (PORT) of the SUBDIVISION plan, being a portion of
situated in the Barangay of SAPANG BULAC, Municipality of DRT, Province of BULACAN,
Island of LUZON.

Bounded on the NW., alone line 1 – 2 by LOT 2218 SAN ILDEFONSO CADASTRE;
on the NE. & SE., by PUBLIC LAND; on the SE., along lines 3 – 4 – 5 by PSU 154772; on
the NE. & SE., along lines 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 by PSU – 154771; on the SE. & NE., along lines
9 – 10 – 11 by PSU – 154769; on the SE. & SW., along lines 11 – 12 – 13 by
PROCLAMATION 573 and on the NW., along lines 13 – 1 by LOT 2218 SAN ILDEFONSO
CADASTRE.

That the Authorized Representatives will apply for special permit to the Bulacan
Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO) in behalf of Dante M. Booc. She is also
hereby allowed to receive the released said permit, purchase Delivery Receipts and file for
the necessities of the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this ____ day of August
