Title: Wanted: dead or alive

Robin Hood: He was the hero of the poor and he created the Sherwood tax
The Sheriff of Nottingham: He sent an army of soldiers into the forest to
capture Robin Hood and it was a mockery of the people because he did not
succeed.
King John: was the king of the region and was furious that Robin Hood was not
captured and offered 100 gold pieces for his capture.
Settings:
The setting where this chapter took place was Sherwood Forest.
where Robin Hood stole from the rich to give to the poor, all the rich travelers who
passed through this place paid the "Sherwood tax"
Chapter Summary:
After a few years Robin hood was still the hero of the poor and continued to steal from
the rich to give to the poor. It was impossible to have Robin hood. And that made the
sheriff furious because people laughed at him, he had never been able to capture. One
day King John parted at the castle walls and spoke to his people saying that he could pay
100 gold pieces with Robin hood either alive or dead from that day on Robin hood's life
was in danger.
What is the moral of this chapter?
Even though he was hated by many royalty, Robin Hood always thought of helping
those in need even when he knew he was breaking the law. So much was his need to
help others that he created a tax where all rich travelers passing through the forest had to
pay.

Chapter: 5
Title: Robin meets Maid Marian
Characters that appear in this chapter:
Robin Hood: He disguised himself as a beggar and fought with a gentleman
without knowing it was Marian, so he meets her and they marry.
Marian Fitzwater: Very beautiful maiden, she loved Robin Hood and had been
his best friend in childhood. She finally married him and became part of
Sherwood Forest where she was very gentle and kind to everyone, being the
reason everyone loved her.
Lord Robert Fitzwater of Malaset: Marian's father.
Sir Guy of Gisbourne: Very rich nobleman who wanted to marry Marian and
was a good friend of the Sheriff of Nottingham
Friar Tuck: Married Robin Hood and Maid Mariam

Nottingham: Nottingham is the city where Robin Hood meets Marian and her brother,
childhood friends
Sherwood forest: Robin Hood together with Marian dress up and go to the sherwood
forest where they finally get married.
Chapter Summary:
Robin Hood as a child had two friends Marian and his brother mark whom he taught
to fight with the sword and use the arrow and bow. Marian is a beautiful maiden who
was soon to marry a rich man so she decides to run away from home disguised as a
knight and goes to the woods where she meets robin hood and they finally get married.
What is the moral of this chapter?
The lesson of this chapter is that money does not make happiness and that we have to
fight for our dreams and for the people we love no matter what we have to go through
in the dark

Title: The Sheriff's ride

Robin Hood: The people called him Sheriff of the Forest and his fame was
everywhere, he had many outlaws who were loyal to him and followed him to
many places. The Sheriff of Nottingham's men were afraid of him. He wanted
to kill the Sheriff of Nottingham
Outlaws: They were loyal men to Robin Hood and followed him everywhere.
The Sheriff of Nottingham: He was very angry because his men did not
capture Robin Hood and he claimed not to be afraid, he went into the forest but
he got a surprise, when he returned to Nottingham it was the mockery of
everyone.
Marian: She was compassionate to the Sheriff, stopped Robin so he would not kill
the Sheriff, recorded that they were honest people
Will Scarlett: He was an outlaw. He told the sheriff to start walking towards
Robin Hood when they had him cornered in a circle.
Settings:
Sherwood Forest: The sheriff goes to Sherwood Forest in
search of Robin Hood and is captured by a group of outlaws
who wish to kill him.
Nottingham: A place where the sheriff returns naked and
where everyone points at him and laughs at him.
Chapter Summary:
Robin hood's fame was so great that he was called Saint Roman by all the outlaws
who gathered and were so loyal to him that they followed him everywhere. The sheriff
knowing that none of his men would be able to go to the forest to face Robin hood
decided to do it on his own and that was when from the treetops a group of outlaws
made a circle around him with their swords the sheriff cbi anguished and begging for
his life Robin hood invites him to eat and then give him a surprise ending the meal
proventus asks the sheriff to strip all his belongings along with his pants su to his
horse and returned to Notthingham naked.
What is the moral of this chapter?
We must be clear that revenge will never lead us to victory, we must be honest, act
justly and work as a team.
