Mabuhay!

We are pleased to inform you that our office will stage a big medical mission dubbed "Buong Pusong
Serbisyo, sa Araw Niyo!, handog ni Konsehala Apple Nieto." in partnership with Federation of
Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Inc. where in some basic health care services will
be rendered for free to our less-privileged constituents which will be held on December 14, 2019 from
8:00 in the morning until 1:00 pm at Remigio St. in between of Severino Reyes St. and Tomas Mapua St.
Sta. Cruz., Manila.

In light with this, we would like to request you once more for to us personnel, to which will assist in the
vaccination during the missions. Indeed, as always, your participation is indispensable to the success of
our outreach projects..
