a. This situation is an ethical issue. The RDN did not disclose private information from the
client to other healthcare professionals even though it would benefit the client to be
referred out to a mental health professional.

better than they can. It is also a responsibility to inform other healthcare team members of
issues with the client so that they can do their job to the best of their abilities as well -
maybe the issue the client is having conflicts with their care as well.

especially those who actually did obtain their licensure

and not any opposed to it. The RDN is intentionally leaving out valuable information on
the decision of the protocol

including consent, modification, or refusal.

property rights, including citation and recognition of the ideas and work of others,
regardless of the medium (e.g. written, oral, electronic).
