Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in the Assistant Manager- IT/Software Solutions Sales role. I am
aware of your requirement through the placement cell of my college. I have all the qualifications
detailed in this cover letter and my resume attached with the same mail.

Currently I am pursuing my PGDM program with Marketing as my major and IT as my Minor. Prior to
joining the PGDM program, I was associated with Amazon Development Centre India as a Retail
Associate. My total experience in the organization is 19 months. During this time period, my project
involved complex decision making as the key aspect of my project was the pricing of the products listed
on Amazon. Based on SEO data and landing page clicks, a strategy was deployed to band the products
and update their prices regularly as the demand grew. Through this project, I’ve interacted with multiple
stakeholders of Amazon DE and established a cordial relationship with them in order to understand their
needs and concerns better. Further, this also allowed me to experience pricing decisions and strategies
based on the demand for the product. I’ve developed great business acumen through this role as our
responsibilities also included tracking our competitors in the region and understanding their pricing
models.

I have also interned with Shemaroo devices for my summer internship where I have experienced tertiary
sales and customer interactions extensively. The organization also provided me space to develop my
marketing skills by having me in charge for a marketing campaign by the company to promote its brand
image overall. Further my skillset is enhanced with extensive knowledge in Adobe products. I have
experience in the digital content curation from AIESEC, the world’s largest youth run organization and
Atharva, the B-School festival of TAPMI. I’ve also acquired excellent presentation skills and networking
skills through time and various experiences. I would much appreciate the opportunity to contribute to
your organization’s growth and continued success.
