The "DEVICE TEST" menu option is entered by selecting "DEVICE TEST" from the "SERVICE" menu.
Press the up key (8) or the down key (13) until "DEVICE TEST" is highlighted in order to select this option.
Then press the "OK" key (15) .

ote: Refer to Systems Operation, "Service Mode" for instructions to get to the "SERVICE" menu.

The following device tests are available:

 DESIRED ENG SPEED

 POWER SHIFT PRES

 FLOW LIMIT PRES

 A1 EXTEND VALVE

 A1 RETRACT VALVE

 A3 EXTEND VALVE

 A3 RETRACT VALVE

 A1 RLF VALVE

 A2 RLF VALVE

 2PUMP FLOW LIMIT

 1PUMP FLOW LIMIT


Press the up key (8) or the down key (13) until the desired device test is highlighted. When "01:STAND BY"
is displayed on the screen, press the "OK" key (15) in order to start the device test.

The "DEVICE TEST" menu option is entered by selecting "SERVICE" from the "MAIN MENU" menu.
Press the up key (8) or the down key (13) until "POWER SHIFT PRES" is highlighted in order to select this
option. Then press the "OK" key (15) .

ote: The "MAIN MENU" can be displayed from any screen by pressing the main menu key (11) .

Desired Eng Speed

Press the left key (12) or right key (9) in order to increase or decrease engine speed. Press the "OK" key (15)
in order to start the sweep test.

When the sweep test is activated, press the "OK" key (15) in order to stop the sweep test.

Power Shift Pres

Press the left key (12) or right key (9) in order to increase or decrease power shift pressure. Press the "OK"
key (15) in order to start the sweep test.

Flow Limit Pres

From the "FLOW LIMIT PRES" menu, use the appropriate left key (12) or right key (9) to increase or
decrease the flow limit pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

A1 Valve Extend

From the "A1 VALVE EXTEND" menu, use the appropriate left key (12) or right key (9) to increase or
decrease attachment valve #1 extend pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

A1 Valve Retract

From the "A1 VALVE RETRACT" menu, use the appropriate left key (12) or right key (9) to increase or
decrease the attachment valve #1 retract pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

A3 Valve Extend

decrease the attachment valve #3 extend pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

decrease attachment valve #3 retract pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

the attachment variable relief valve #1 pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

A2 RLF Valve

the variable relief attachment valve #2 pressure. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.

2Pump Flow Limit

decrease the 2 pump flow limit. Then press the "OK" key (15) to start the sweep test.
