Please follow the following instructions.

1. Your Health Check-ups is scheduled with prior appointments only.


2. Minimum 10 to 12 hours of fasting is essential prior to check-up. You may drink water.
3. Get sufficient rest one day prior to the health check-up.
4. Avoid Alcohol 3 days prior to the health check-up
5. Please take care of your belongings. Wear loose clothing, no jewellery and easily removable footwear. Please do
not wear contact lens on the day of health-check-up
6. Avoid Exercising before coming for check-up
7. Please carry your medical accessories if you have any like glasses, hearing aids, etc. when you come for health
check-up
8. If you are diabetic, take your insulin injections/ anti-diabetic tablets as recommended by your doctor. If you are
having thyroid, please take the medication as per your prescription. For any queries or instructions related to
medicine compliance, please inform the service provider and also check with your family doctor
9. Please carry other regular medication along with you, which can be taken as per instruction by the consultant at
the diagnostic center.
10. Test like X-Rays are not to be done if you suspect a pregnancy.
11. Please bring your stool sample (if it is included in your plan) on the day of the check-up in the container available at
any chemist shop.
12. Urine sample can be given directly at the centre.
13. Urine Routine cannot be done during menses (periods) for females.
