Scope
Purpose of project
Max Lionel Realty is aimed to implement a software that would enable him to satisfy customers and
comply with legislations. The software that would improve operations would have to following key
features;
— Timely notification of all legal and ethical codes which need to be followed.
— Promoting a professional conduct of high standards
— Spreading awareness among clients regarding company’s commitments
— Help MLR to achieve client and employee buy-in
Background
Real estate tycoon Max Lionel laid the foundation of Max Lionel Realty in 2008. Currently, the agency
consists of approximately 100 people, out which 80 have real estate licenses. Agency in involved in sale
and purchase of property, and rental properties. Moreover, it is also involved in investment activities.
Furthermore, founder of Max Lionel Realty enjoys membership of Real Estate Institute of Victoria
(REIV) since 2008.
Objectives
Main objectives are as follows;

— Building confidence in market

Roles & Responsibilities
Max Lionel will be mainly overseeing the project and authorizing high value transactions. In order to
keep the project budget friendly, 1 to 3 physical & 2 virtual candidates will be hired. Further, following
