Good Day!
We are kindly requesting to release our downpayment for ___________ Project, amounting to:

TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THREE PESOS AND
82/100 ONLY (Php 2,345,253.82)

For your information, we started the construction works since December 2019. As written in contract agreement,
15 days were allotted before the release of downpayment. Two (2) months have already passed yet we never
received any amount. Moreover, downpayment is required for us to start commencing the project such as
mobilization, material purchasing, manpower wages etc. As of now, our cashflow has been greatly affected,
hence our performance may decrease.

As we never want conflicts to happen, may we request the downpayment to be paid in full as soon as possible
for the continuous and stable good performance of the company.
