virtue of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at Barangay Natulungan,
Kibawe, Bukidnon.

This is to certify that the Board of Directors of MANOBO PULANGIHON TRIBAL


COUNCIL INC.,(MPTC) in its Monthly Meeting held on July 27,2020 at Barangay
Natulungan MPTC Tribal Hall ,had passed and approved the following resolution/s;

Resolved, as it is resolved, that the MANOBO PULANGIHON TRIBAL COUNCIL
INC.,(MPTC) Barangay Natulungan, Kibawe, Bukidnon. Shall open a Corporate Bank
Account, at Development Bank of the Philippines Valencia City Branch with office
Address at Tamay Lang Park Lane, G. Laviña Avenue Poblacion, Valencia City and
authorized Two signatories.

It is further resolved that the two signatories signatures below are authorized to sign all
cash and/or check withdrawals , endorse check/s payable to the Corporation and likewise
sign any and all documents relative to the maintenance of the deposit account:
