Here’s What You’re Getting...
1) The 12 week training program
This will consist of the first 8 week phase. This will be the
strength and density portion and damn is it fun. I’ll be
giving you a detailed system to gain incredible strength
and build a strong, dense and perfectly proportioned
physique. This routine will be low volume and minimalistic
in nature. But the strength gains are profound. If you want
the downright chiseled, toned and powerful physique -
this works gangbusters. Week by week you will be
leveling up in strength, power and proportion. It’s truly
epic!
As well, the 4 week shrink wrap phase (month three).
This phase truly kicks ass! It’s intense, euphoric,
challenging and fun as heck. We will be performing
more exercises, higher reps and higher volume to
produce a big boost in sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. The
result is a quick increase in muscle size and fullness. Shirt
tearing muscle pumps baby! By performing the shrink
wrap phase after 8 weeks of heavy intense low volume
lifting, results are profound. You will get the skin fighting
movie star physique.
2) 12 Week Nutrition Plan
You will also be getting access to the perfect nutrition
plan to allow you to strip off fat with ease. The nutrition
plan is designed to give you an easy to follow system that
will enable you to cut 3-4 lbs of pure fat per month. I
recommend cutting 3-4 lbs of fat because this will allow
for concurrent strength and muscle gains. As well, it will
ensure optimal hormonal functioning and allow you to
maintain your new found physique for life.
Losing weight faster than this can work perfectly fine. But
it comes at a cost... My goal is to make you look your
absolute best 12 weeks from now. That means we need to
be calibrated. As well, my goal is to make this fkn
program an absolute blast to follow. The more you love
the program, the better your results will be. After all, I
can’t get you ripped if you don’t follow the program. I’ll be
teaching you my latest and most up to date version of
intermittent fasting. I’ll be sharing the best supplement to
be utilized and how to incorporate them to maximize fat
loss and muscle gain.
As well, I’m going to be giving you the nutrition
adjustment for the final phase (shrink wrap), this will
ensure more muscle growth and fullness and a shrink
wrapped physique.
3) Kino Recipes
You will also be getting access to my top recipes to hit
your calories and macros. These recipes are very simple
to make, downright filling and delicious and highly
nutritious. To get you into razor sharp shape, it’s
paramount that we make hitting your calories and protein
- simple and easy. This means we need to get the
tracking right and make sure you have a simple meal plan
to follow! These are the best recipes ever
4) Cardio/Activity Guidelines
To ensure the perfect rate of fat loss each week, I have
designed a simple and easy cardio/activity program to
support your lean physique. There’s no magic tricks here!
Simply giving you the perfect protocol to ensure we get
you to drop 4-5% body fat these next 12 weeks. If you’re
already 8-9%, then we will just be dropping 3% body fat.
5) Supplement Guidelines
There are a few key supplements that are very helpful at
supporting strength and muscle gains during this
program. The idea is to allow you to smash your personal
records and add muscle over these 12 weeks as you strip
off the final layer of fat. I’ll be sharing my supplement
recommendations with you. This is completely option of
course! But can give a nice edge to experience an
awesome recomp effect.
6) Mental Mastery (Deep Conditioning Hypnosis
Audio)
This module is incredibly important and powerful. You
see, for many months I was stuck at 10-11% body fat. I’d
put the pedal to the medal and cut some weight, but sure
enough, I’d always rebound back to 10-11%. I couldn’t for
the life of me stay at a lower body fat. It was frustrating.
For a while, I figured maintaining a low body fat just
wasn’t in the cards for me. I figured it wasn’t healthy or
even possible. I was wrong!
My mind was holding me back. My mind was sabotaging
me. I learned about self hypnosis from a mentor. Funny
enough, initially I started doing it to improve my sleep and
to help with other goals. In the hypnosis there were a few
powerful suggestions about visualizing my physique.
What was crazy was that I started to get leaner
effortlessly. Heck, I didn’t even realize it was my nightly
hypnosis routine. When I stopped doing it for months, I’d
creep back up to 10-12%.
Every time I’ve stuck to the nightly hypnosis audio (3-4x
per week), it’s like I’m programming my body to be leaner
and chiseled. You see, it works because through hypnosis
we can quiet the conscious mind. It’s the subconscious
mind that runs our programming. When we give
suggestions to our conscious mind, they can easily
become blocked.
When we give suggestions in a relaxed and receptive
state, we witness deep level change. By doing the
hypnosis routine consistently, you will find you have a
much easier time sticking to the training and nutrition
plan.
What’s more, you will likely even experience results at a
faster rate. In fact, we are learning more and more about
epigenetic. We can turn on and turn off different genes.
Our mental routine can possible effect our genetic
expression.
Now I’m a pragmatic person. If this just worked for me
and no one else, I wouldn’t share it. But plenty of
research is showing incredible results with hypnosis.
Moreover, I’ve tested this with a handful of my elite level
clients and the results are fkn insane. Oh, and this will
help you have deep and incredibly sleeps every night.
