DEDICATION

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that

whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. We must say,

and all the dedication at hand that got us here. The emotionally pulling words that go under us

and lift the hair on our arms and the emotions that bring us to the point of feeling weak and

reaching satisfaction only by a single word. Words like dedication change in our lifetime. There

are actions like dedication that round the world day to day and shine upon us. It’s the blood

pumping into your heart with only the 10 fingers on your hand. The working men and women

wake up each morning just to dedicate their time to their job. Thank you for the time and days

you let us work in your hotel we learn a lot of your hotel your staff tech us how to be patient and

strong in time of work even if we are tired you gave as words that makes us strong .

I would like to convey my gratefulness to you and your colleagues for the excellence work emersion
which I have undergone in your hotel. The skills and knowledge which I have gained throughout my
practical training I perceive as very valuable component in my future career development. As you know
this work emersion was part of my educational curricular and therefore I have to thank you for providing
me this opportunity.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Clark S. Yu, for their generous support, coaching and companionship
during my work emersion. I shared their expertise with me very generously and I have learned a lot from
them. My thanks and appreciation also to your HG staff mainly Ms. Jane for willing to help us, and above
all to your good companionship.

INTRODUCTION
Work immersion is one method by which students is given a chance to apply the theories and

computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant

knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require

their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of the

curriculum. For the students, an work immersion program provides opportunities to go through

the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipments and documents. In

effect, the workplace becomes a development venue for a student trainee to learn more about his

chosen field and practice what he has learn from academy .On the other hand, an effective work

emmersion program also benefits the companies who accept trainees. First work immersion

provides additional manpower for a lesser labor cost than a regular employee. Most of them are

all eager to learn the ropes so chances are high that they will cooperate. Employers can use this

internship strategy as a method in recruiting new employees. Since the trainer or the supervisor

can follow the trainees’ progress, he can gauge based on performance, behavior and attitude if

the trainee will make a good recruit after the completion of his/her internship.
