NOTIFICATION
In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of
the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradeshis pleased to
make the following rules further to amend Central Civil Services ( Leave
Travel Concession) Rules, 1972 fu their application to the State of
Hi-machalPradesh,namely:-
Short title and commencement: 1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the
Central Civil Services
(Leave Travel Concession)
Amendment Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force
from the date of their
publication in RAJPATRA,
HimachalPradesh.
Insertion of New Rule 15(A): After rule 15 of tile CCS (Leave Travel
Concession) Rules" 1972, the following
new rule 15 (A) shall be inserted,
namely :-
Rule 15 (A) All employees shall be permitted to
encash 10 days earned leave at the. time
of availing of Leave Travel Concession,
subjectto the conditions that :-
