ESPORTS PLAYER CONTRACT

This Player Contract (the "Contract") is made and

By and Between:
PLAYER, Aura
(hereinafter referred to as "Player")

and

Sentinels
(hereinafter referred to as "The Organization")
registered and incorporated in Calabasas CA,
[25200 Prado Del Grandioso
Calabasas, CA 91302]
BACKGROUND

A. The Player wishes to contract with the Organization in order to obtain [compensation,
publicity, flights, housing, teammates, etc.] from the Organization in return for his professional
services as a [player, competitor] for [Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege]

B. The Organization, by way of its experience, contacts in the esports industry, resources, and
staff, wishes to provide the services mentioned in Part A to the Player, in return for the Player's
services representing the Organization through [tournaments, streaming, licensing deals,
etc.]. The Organization also desires and requires that the Player comport [himself/herself] in a
professional manner as to not damage the reputation of the Organization through their
association with one another.

C. Both parties wish this contractual relationship to increase their respective prestige and
marketability in the esports industry, and both parties desire to use their contractual relationship
for the benefit of both parties, and do not wish to use the contractual relationship to take actions
to the detriment of the other party.

D. Any winnings received in ANY online or LAN competitions when The Organization
pays for the entry fee, hotel, food, or travel 10% of winnings will go to Sentinels under the
leadership of Rob Moore. Understand that Sentinels may forfeit their winnings if he
shall chose and disperse the monies evenly to the winning participants. Sentinels will collect no
more than the negotiated percentage of the prize won.

Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, it is AGREED and

Following the signing of this contract the player who signed this document/contract is hereby
obligated to play/represent/ and is with The Organization for 2 year(s). If this player chooses
to leave prior to the 2 year(s) it may be discussed only with Sentinels Management. Only The
Organization has the right to terminate this contract. The Organization has the right to hold
the players contract until the 2 year(s) are up.

The Organization has the right to not release the player to another team or organization until
players contract is expired or terminated by only The Organization has the right to sell this
contract to another company or organization if they may choose. Upon the selling of this
contract then the player is released from Sentinels and is obligated to play for the organization
who bought out the remainder of the contract. That company has the right to then terminate
this contract at any time in which they may choose.

If Sentinels declines a players request for termination of contract, then the player has the right
to buy out the remainder of his contract. The total for the purchase of the contract will be
calculated by Sentinels

COMPENSATION

The Organization agrees to pay the Player for rendering the services and performing the
obligations described herein an amount of $3500 per month, pro rata, less all amounts
required to be withheld by any governmental authority.

SERVICES

The services to be rendered by the Player pursuant to this Contract shall include:
A. Attending 1 hours of meetings per week, with a regular schedule to be determined at a later
date.

B. All major tournaments, all travel expenses to be covered by the Team.

C. Participation at all major tournaments [as determined by the esport game at issue], and at
minimum 2 minor tournaments per month. This includes participation with "media events" at
these tournaments, including, but not limited to, signings, interviews, and panels.

D. 4 hours of streaming content on Twitch/YouTube per month.

CONDUCT

The Player agrees that his/her personal conduct reflects on the public perception of the
Organization, and that his/her role as a Player for the Organization makes him/her a public face
for the Organization. To that end, the Player and Organization agree that the Conduct of the
Player, both during public events and public-facing down-time, is of great importance to the
Organization, and favorable Conduct is material to this ongoing contractual agreement. The
Player agrees to abide by the following behavioral standards:

A. The Player shall at all times abide by all applicable laws that the Player is subject to;

B. The Player must at all times observe the highest standards of personal integrity, and not take
any actions that brings the Player's integrity into question.

C. The Player must compete to the best of his/her skill level at all times. Any form of cheating
by the Player will not be tolerated. The Player must not attempt to influence or manipulate the
result of any match or tournament that the Player is involved in for pecuniary gain.

D. The Player is prohibited from the use, possession, or distribution of any illegal drugs while
engaging in activities on behalf of the Organization. Violation of this policy will result in an
immediate severance of the contract.

E. The Player agrees to conduct himself/herself to the highest standards of sportsmanship, and to
not do anything that is materially detrimental to the best interests of the Organization.

F. The Player agrees that the Organization, through its Officers, individually or collectively, are
the proper party to make the decision that the Player has violated any sub-section of the Conduct
provisions of this agreement. If the Player is fined, suspended, or terminated for a violation of
the Player's Conduct standards, upon request by the Player, the Organization must provide written
findings of fact that supports the Organization's conclusion that the Player violated the applicable
Conduct standards.
