Title of the Study: Financing Particle Board Import for Bangladesh
Market
1.1 Introduction
Particleboard is essentially a non-structural wood-based product made from wood
particles of various sizes that are bonded together with a synthetic adhesive under heat
and pressure. Raw material currently used in the manufacture of particle board
comprises primarily sawdust, planer shavings, edgings, and other wood residues.
Particleboard is manufactured using a hot platen mat-formed process with larger
particles concentrated in the core and smaller sized furnish on both faces.
1.2. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
1.2.1 BROAD OBJECTIVE
The broad objective of this report is to find out the Financing Particle Board Import
for Bangladesh Market.
1.2.2. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
There are some specific Objectives also. These are:
To Identity and investigate particle board and related industry in Bangladesh
& find out its scope in our country.
To identify the particle board import procedure of Bangladesh.
Identify the location of these industries in our country and compare with
position of related industry in foreign country.
An discussion was held about this matter with production manager of a
reputed particle board industry in our country.
Analyze the present forest status in our country.
An discussion was held with wood procurement manager of a reputed particle
board industry in our country.
1.2 Background of the Study
This report was created for strategic planners, international marketing executives and
import with the market for particle board in Bangladesh. With the globalization of this
market, managers can no longer be contented with a local view. Nor can managers be
contented with out-of-date statistics which appear several years after the fact. I have
developed a methodology, based on macroeconomic and trade models, to estimate the
market for particle board and for those countries serving Bangladesh.
1.3 Scope the Study
The field of my Study is the Particle board industry of Bangladesh for conducting this
study an overall knowledge of the import for Bangladeshi market will necessary
because the part are linked with each other due to some partial proceeding . The scope
of the particle industry part covers the industrial structure, background, objective &
function. The main part covers the operation of financing of particle board import for
Bangladesh Market.
1.4. Research Methodology:
Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the problem. Research
Methodology may be understood as a science of studying how research is done
scientifically. In it we study the various step that all generally adopted by a researcher
in studying his research problem along with the logic behind them. The scope of
research methodology is wider than that of research method.
1.4.1: Research Design

board industry.

The data used to furnish this report has been collected from the Primary sources &
secondary sources.

1.5. Data analysis:
Different types of computer software are used for reporting the gathered information
from analysis, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point.
Data are analyzed using my own judgment.
1.6. Sampling:
A non-probability sampling procedure was used for selecting the samples. It was
selected through convenience sampling technique.
1.7 Work Schedule
