KMC Bond Format

1) A doctor selected for a postgraduate degree/diploma course in 2019-20 is required to sign an undertaking to serve for one year as a senior resident in a public sector hospital after completing their degree/diploma. 2) If the doctor fails to join or complete the one year service within 18 months, they must pay Rs. 20,00,000 or Rs. 10,00,000 to the government of Telangana. 3) The document is a non-judicial stamped paper requiring the doctor's signature and witnesses to formalize the undertaking.

Hospital as a Senior Resident for a period of one year after succesful
completion of the PG Degree / Diploma Course. If I fail to join as senior
resident or not completing one year of service within a maximum period of 18
months, I undertake to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- / 10,00,000/- (Rupees
twenty lakhs / Rupees ten lakhs only) to the Government.

In the event of my leaving the studies after joining the course, I undertake to pay to the KNR University of Health

Sciences a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) and refund the amount received as stipend up to

that date to Government.
