Greetings of peace and love!
The Brigada Eskwela (BE) and Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE), the annual activities of the Department of Education aimed to prepare for
the opening of classes, were reconfigured to be locally implemented under the joint theme “Pagpapanatili ng Bayanihan Tungo sa
Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa Kabataan”, which will run on June 1 until August 29, 2020.
The Brigada Eskwela will deviate from the traditional concept of physical cleaning, painting, repainting, and doing minor repairs in
schools and will instead prioritize preparations and strengthening partnership engagement to ensure that quality basic education will
continue despite the challenges posed by COVID-19.
Moreover, Linao National High School will always continue to be of service to our learners, for them also not to be deprived of basic
quality education. DepEd introduced the Learning Continuity Plan, which provides blended learning modalities like DepEd Commons,
Modular Approach, and other platforms other than Face-to-Face learning delivery will be utilized to address the varied and unique
needs of our learners come opening of classes August 2020, thus, none of our learners will be left behind.
Stakeholders can support the initiative by donating essential materials such as:
a. Health Essentials
o thermal scanners
o hand sanitizing equipment
o face masks
o printing of COVID-19 sanitation/proper hand washing hygiene information materials (these reading materials will
intensify the information drive on protection and health protocols to learners and teachers)
b. Learner’s Materials
o Gadgets (cellphone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer, etc.)
o Bond papers
o Printer
o Ink
o Binding materials/tools/equipment
It is on the above context that we would like to appeal from you again and again your concrete support to acquire the said essential
materials.
