MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL BOND

COMES NOW, I, GLENN AMOLO unto this Honorable Court most respectfully states:

1. That I have been charged in the Office of the City Prosecutor, Digos City, Davao del Sur for Grave
Slander together with Archie Barrot;

2. That the required bail bond in the above case is P 6,000.00.

3. That despite being unemployed and no other sources of income, I have posted the said cash bond
so I may be released temporarily;

4. That the truth is that I have only borrowed the said amount with interest from my mother-in-law to
be. Thus, the undersigned would like to asked from this honorable court to reduce half the amount
of the said bond;

5. That this motion is filed in good faith and as the accused asking to avail my rights under the law.

WHEREFORE, premises considered and in light of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed
unto this Honorable Court to GRANT THE REDUCE BAIL BOND HALF OF THE REQUIRED BAIL.

Other relief just and equitable under the premises are also prayed for.
