I, THELMEL N. NINGAL of legal age, single, residing at 4360 Neon St. San
Francisco, Floodway, Brgy. San Juan, Cainta, Rizal, hereby authorize ULYANN H.
NINGAL, of legal age, single, residing at at 4360 Neon St. San Francisco, Floodway,
Brgy. San Juan, Cainta, Rizal, to be my attorney-in-fact who is authorized to do the
following:

1. To file my Income Tax Return in Bureau of Internal Revenue in Taytay, Rizal;


2. To sign all documents relating to mentioned transaction;
3. To receive documents relating to the mentioned transaction.

I am authorizing my attorney-in-fact to do all acts necessary to carry out the tasks as if I


were personally present.
