1-4 1-4 1-4
Tuition cost 0.19 3 0.57 4 0.76 1 0.19

Academic reputation 0.09 3 0.27 1 0.09 3 0.27
Campus landscaping 0.08 3 0.24 3 0.24 3 0.24
Average class size 0.09 3 0.27 3 0.27 4 0.36
Quality of students 0.12 3 0.36 2 0.24 4 0.48

Campus culture 0.09 2 0.18 4 0.36 2 0.18
Total 1 - 3.00 - 2.57 - 2.92

The CPM analysis reveals that Kardan University is the strongest player in the industry with relative
strengths in market share, Quality of Faculty, Academic reputation, quality of students but somehow the
tuition fee is high which may put down their ratings against his other rivals. On the other hand, American
University prevails Quality of Studies and Class Size and Quality of Students, but have very high Tuition
cost and the rate of American University crashes. Bakhtar University is the weakest of them all and
doesn’t have any relative strengths against its rivals except Low Tuition Fee. The companies should
create their strategies according to their strengths and weakness and improve their ratings in the most
`significant industry’s areas.
