You even know what youre talking about? 1g protein per pound bodymass is not stupid. With normal food you get 30-
50g protein per meal. 4 meals and some supplements would then give you 1-1.5g per pound bodymass. One gram [Link]
protein per kilogram muscle mass is about .25g per pound bodymass.

little bit, it will cause stretch marks. The water instead of stool is nothing to be concerned with. Your urine should look
more like water anyways. The creatine demands alot of water. So if thats what your taking in, thats what your going
to give out.

work out every day of the week and lead a active live. I have 16 inch arms a would like to gain an inch. I weigh 165
lbs. 10% body fat. Do you have any sugestions? I enjoy reading all of the articles. But it did not come out and say just

marks on my arms. When I used the bathroom, instead of stool, water would come out. It scared the hell out of me. I
