1 Introduction
The User Manual for Assessment Agency (AA) – SP PMKVY is designed to provide information on, how
Assessment Agency can accept or reject batch for PMKVY schemes. The Assessment Agency can perform
the functionalities as listed below.

2 View All Batches
The View All Batches screen allows the Assessment Agency to view all the batches for SP PMKVY Scheme.
To Navigate
Home - - > Dashboard - - > Assessment Requests - - > View All Batches - - > Assessment Batch Requests
➢ The View All Batches screen displays all the batches assigned by SSC and allows Assessment Agency
to view batch details.
➢ The Assessment Batch Request screen lists all the assessment request in four tabs based on the status
as follows.
• Pending Requests
• Accepted
• Rejected
• Cancelled

➢ The Assessment Agency can search a particular batch based on Scheme/Program/Model, Sector, Batch Type,
Job Role, State, Batch Status and Batch ID. Click Apply, to search for a particular batch.
➢ The View All Batches screen displays all the batch details such as Scheme/Program/Model, Batch
Type, Batch ID, Job Role Code (QP Code), TC Name, Location, Preferred Assessment Language, Batch
Size, Enrolled Candidates, Dropout Candidates Size, Assessment Dates, Status, Received From SSC On,
and also allows the Assessment Agency to view details under Actions.

3 Accept Batch
The Accept Batch screen allows the Assessment Agency to accept the batch for SP PMKVY schemes.

➢ The View All Batches screen allows the Assessment Agency to accept the assigned batch for SP PMKVY
schemes.
➢ Click Accept Batch, the following screen appears.

➢ Click Yes, the Request Accepted Successfully screen appears.
➢ Click OK, to accept the batch and to navigate to the Pending Requests screen.

4 Reject Batch
The Reject Batch screen allows the Assessment Agency to reject the assigned SP PMKVY batches.

➢ The View All Batches screen allows the Assessment Agency to reject the assigned batch for the SP
PMKVY scheme.
➢ Click Reject Batch, the Reason For Rejecting Batch screen appears.

➢ The Reason For Rejecting Batch screen allows the Assessment Agency to enter the appropriate reason
for rejection.
➢ Select the appropriate reason for rejection from the drop-down list.
Note: The Assessment Agency must enter the additional comments (reasons) on rejecting the assigned
assessment requests for SSC review.

➢ Click Submit, the Successfully Rejected screen appears.
➢ Click OK, to reject the batch and to navigate to the View All Batches screen.

5 Assign to Assessor
The Assign Assessor screen allows the Assessment Agency to assign the Assessor (AR) to the accepted SP
batches.

> Accepted - - > Actions - - > Assign Assessor
➢ The Accepted section displays all the accepted batches details such as Scheme/Program/Model, Batch
Type, Batch ID, Job Role Code (QP Code), TC Name, Location, Preferred Assessment Language, Batch
Size, Enrolled Candidates, Dropout Candidates Size, Assessment Date(s), Status, Action Date, Received
From SSC On and also allows Assessment Agency to assign Assessor under Actions.
➢ Click Assign Assessor, the Assign Assessor screen appears.

➢ The Assign Assessor screen displays the batch details such as Batch ID, Batch Name, Training Centre
Name & Location, State, State, District, Job Role and Proposed Assessment Dates.
➢ Select the appropriate Assessor ID from the drop-down list, the screen appears as follows.
➢ The Assessor Details section displays the Assessor details such as Batch ID, Batch Name, Proposed
Start Date, Proposed End Date, SSC Name, Assessment Agency Name, Job Role, Location, validity and
also allows to view Assessor details under Action.
➢ Click Submit, the Success screen appears.

➢ Click OK, to navigate to the Accepted screen.
Note: The Assessment Agency can re-assign the new or current Assessor for the batches rejected by
Assessor.

6 View Batch Details
The View Batch Details screen allows the Assessment Agency to view the batch details.

➢ The Accepted section displays all the accepted assessment request along with the details of batch
such as Scheme/Program/Model, Batch Type, Batch ID, Job Role Code (QP Code), TC Name, Location,
Preferred Assessment Language, Batch Size, Enrolled Candidates, Dropout Candidates Size,
Assessment Date(s), Status, Action Date, Received From SSC On and also allows the Assessment
Agency to view batch details under Actions.
➢ Click View Batch Details, the View Batch Details screen appears.
Additional Information:
If the Assessment Request Batches are in Accepted and the status is as.
• Accepted, then the SSC assigned assessment requests are accepted by the Assessment Agency.
• Assigned Assessor, then the accepted batches are assigned to the Assessors.
• Accepted by Assessor, then the batches are accepted by the assigned Assessor.
• Rejected by Assessor, then the batches are rejected by the assigned Assessor.

6.1 Batch Details
The Batch Details screen displays all the information of the batch in three sections as listed below.

➢ The Batch Details section displays the batch details such as Batch Name, Batch ID, Batch Size, Batch
Date, Enrolled Candidates, SPOC Name, Dropout Candidates, SPOC Email, SPOC Mobile No. and
Assessment Dates.

➢ The Training Centre Address section displays the Training Centre address details such as Training
Centre/Location, Training Centre/Location ID, Centre Rating, Training Partner Name, State, District,
and also allows the Training Centre to view details under Action.
➢ Click View Details, the Training Centre Details screen appears.

6.2 Training Centre Details
The Training Centre Details screen displays the details of the assigned Training Centre.
➢ The Training Centre Details screen hosts three sections as listed below.
• Training Centre Details
• Address Details
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Info
➢ The Training Centre Details section displays the Training Centre details such as Name, TC ID, Training
Partner Name and TP ID.
➢ The Address Details section displays the details such as Address, Nearby Landmark, Pincode,
State/Union Territory, District, Tehsil/Mandal/Block, City/Village/Town and Parliamentary
Constituency.

➢ The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Info section displays the SPOC details such as Name of the SPOC,
Email Address and Phone Number.
➢ Click OK, to navigate to the View Batch Details screen.
➢ The Job Role Details section displays the job role details such as Job Role Name (QP Code), Assigned
Assessor, Assessment Dates and also allows to view comments under Action.
➢ Click View Comments, the Receive Comment screen appears.
➢ The Received Comments section displays the comments sent by Assessor.
➢ Click Go Back, to navigate to the View All Batches screen.

6.3 Enrolled Candidates
The Enrolled Candidates screen allows the Assessment Agency to view all the enrolled individual
candidate details.
➢ The Enrolled Candidate screen displays the enrolled candidate details such as Candidate ID, Candidate
Name, Email Address, Mobile Number and Status.
➢ Click Go Back, to navigate to the View All Batches screen.

7 Change Assessment Date
The Change Assessment Date screen allows the Assessment Agency to change the assessment date for
the assigned batches.

➢ The View All Batches screen allows the Assessment Agency to change the assessment date for the
assigned SP PMKVY batches.
➢ Click Change Assessment Date, the Request for Assessment Date Change screen appears.

➢ The Request for Assessment Date Change screen displays the batch details such as Name of the
Batch, Batch ID, Training Centre Name & Location, State, District, Job role, Assessor ID, Assessor
Name, Assessment Agency, SSC and Previous Assessment Dates. The Assessment Agency can upload
the Supporting Document.
➢ The Assessment Agency can select the new assessment dates from the drop-down calendar and enter
the appropriate comment for changing the assessment dates.

8 Change Assessor
The Change Assessor screen allows the Assessment Agency to change the Assessor for the assigned
batches.

➢ The View All Batches screen allows the Assessment Agency to change the Assessor for the assigned
SP PMKVY batches.
➢ Click Change Assessor, the Request of Changing Assessor screen appears.

➢ The Request of Changing Assessor screen displays the batch details such as Name of the Batch, Batch
ID, Assessor ID, Assessor Name, Training Centre Name & Location, Job Role, Assessment Agency,
State, District, SSC, Assessment Dates, Job Role and Proposed Assessment Dates.
➢ Select the appropriate Assessor ID from the drop-down list and upload supporting documents and
enter Comments if any.
➢ Click Browse to upload the supporting document. Assessment Agency can upload the only jpg, png,
jpeg, pdf and the maximum file size is five MB. Click Upload.
➢ Click Save changes, the following screen appears.

9 View Batch Details (Assessed Batch Request)
The View Batch Details (Assessed Batch Request) screen allows the Assessment Agency to view batch
details for the assessed batch request.

Pending Request - - > Actions - - > View Batch Details
➢ The Pending Request section displays the pending requests details such as Scheme/Program/Model,
Batch Type, Batch ID, Job Role – (QP Code), TC Name – Location, Batch Size, Drop Candidates Size,
Request Type, Assessment Date(s), Assessment Duration(in minutes), Requested On, Status and also
allows to view batch details under Actions.
➢ Click View Batch Details, the View Batch Details screen appears.

Additional Information:
If the Assessed Batch Requests are in Pending Request and the status is as.
• Assessment Ongoing, then the Assessor accepted the request and assessment is in progress.
• Pending for Assessor Submission, then the Assessor completed the assessment and not
submitted to the Assessment Agency for approval.
• Pending for Assessment Approval, then the assessment is submitted by Assessor and not
approved by the Assessment Agency.
• Assessment Approval in-Progress, then the assessment is submitted by Assessor for Assessment
Agency approval is in progress.
• Sent back by SSC, then the marks are sent back by SSC for more clarification.

9.1 Batch Details
The Batch Details screen hosts three sections as listed below.
• Batch Details

• Image Details
➢ The Batch Details section displays the general information about the batch such as Batch Size, Batch
Date (start date and end date), Sector, Batch Type, Job Role Name, Assessment Date, Dropout Count,
TP SPOC Name, TP Mobile Number, TP Email ID, TP Email ID, Assessment Agency Name, Assessment
Agency ID, Assessor Name, Assessor ID, and Result Upload Date.
➢ The Job Role Details section displays information about the job role such as Job Role, Job Role Code,
Training Centre/Location, Training Centre ID/Location ID, Centre Rating, Training Partner Name, State,
and District.
➢ The Image Details section displays the image details such as Job Role, Start Date and End Date and
also allows to view Assessor Feedback.
➢ Click View Assessor Feedback, the following screen appears.

➢ The Assessor Feedback screen displays the Assessor feedback details such Batch ID, Assessment Date,
Job Role, Assessor ID, Is AEBAS device available?, Is the Trainer TOT certified?, Have handbook been
provided to all candidates?, Are the posters on the below-mentioned parameters available in the TC
premises, Is the assessment of the batch conducted?, and comments.
➢ Click Cancel, to navigate to the Assessed Batch Request screen.

9.2 Assessed Candidates
The Assessed Candidates screen displays the assessed candidate details such as Applicant ID, Status, Job
Role(QP Code), Theory, Practical, Total, Grade, Percentage, Result, Attendance Status, and Action.
➢ Click Go Back, to navigate to the View All Batches screen.
Note: If the Assessed Candidates are in the Sent Back tab and the status is as Sent back to Assessor, then
the marks are sent back to the Assessor for clarifications.
Additional Information:
If the Assessed Batch Requests are in Approved and the status is as.
• Assessment Results Approved, then the marks are approved by the Assessment Agency.
• Assessment Approval In-Progress under SSC, then the marks are approved by AA and pending for
SSC approval.
• Assessment Results Approved by SSC, then the marks are approved by SSC.
• Assessment Completed, the marksheet, and certificate are generated for the batch.

9.3 Send to SSC
The Send to SSC screen allows the Assessment Agency to send back the batch to SSC.

➢ The Assessed Candidates screen displays all the applicant details such as Applicant ID, Applicant
Name, Status, Job Role (QP Code), Theory, Practical, Total, Grade, Percentage, Result, Attendance
Status and also allows the Assessment Agency to send the marks of the applicant to Sector Skill
Council.
➢ Click Send to SSC, the Successfully Sent to SSC screen appears.
➢ Click OK, to navigate to the Assessed Candidates screen.

10 View Applicant Marks
The View Applicant Marks screen allows the Assessment Agency to view applicant marks.

➢ The Assessed Candidates section displays the assessed candidate details such as Applicant ID,
Applicant Name, Status, Job Role (QP Code), Theory, Practical, Total, Grade, Percentage, Result,
Attendance Status and also allows to view marks under Action.
➢ Click View Marks, the Applicant Summary screen appears.

➢ The Applicant Summary screen displays the marks of the applicant.
➢ The Applicant Summary screen lists all the marks information of the approved applicant on the basis
of Assessment Outcomes for Compulsory NOS, under a different category such as Theory, Practical,
OJT, Viva and also displays the total of all the marks given by the Assessor. Also displays the total
marks for the Core NOS, Non-Core NOS and Grand Total given by the Assessor.
➢ Click Go Back, to navigate to the Batch Details screen.

10.1 Approve Applicant Marks
The Approve Applicant Marks screen allows the Assessment Agency to approve applicant marks.

➢ The Applicant Summary screen displays the marks of the applicant and allows Assessment Agency to
approve the marks.
➢ The Applicant Summary screen lists all the marks information of the assessed Candidates on the basis
of NOS Name and ID for Compulsory NOS, Elective NOS and Optional NOS, under a different category
such as Nos Type, Theory, Practical, OJT, Viva and also displays the total of all the marks given by the
Assessor. Also displays the total marks for the Core NOS, Non-Core NOS and Grand Total given by the
Assessor.

10.2 Reject Applicant Marks
The Reject Applicant Marks screen allows the Assessment Agency to reject applicant marks.

➢ Click View Marks, the Applicant Summary screen appears.

➢ The Applicant Summary screen displays the marks of the applicant and allows Assessment Agency to
reject the marks.
➢ The Applicant Summary screen lists all the marks information of the assessed Candidates on the basis
of NOS Name and ID for Compulsory NOS, Elective NOS and Optional NOS, under a different category
such as Nos Type, Theory, Practical, OJT, Viva and also displays the total of all the marks given by the
Assessor. Also displays the total marks for the Core NOS, Non-Core NOS and Grand Total given by the
Assessor.
➢ Click Reject, the Reason for Rejection screen appears.
➢ The Reason for Rejection screen allows the Assessment Agency to reject the batch.
➢ Enter the appropriate reason to reject the batches.
➢ Click Reject, the following screen appears.

11 Link Assessor
The Link Assessor screen allows the Assessment Agency to link an Assessor.
To Navigate
Home - - > Dashboard - - > View My Assessors - - > Link Assessor
➢ The View My Assessors screen displays Assessor details such as Username, Assessor Name, Mobile
Number, Availability, Type of Resource, Action and also allows the Assessment Agency to view details
under Action.
➢ The Assessment Agency can search a particular Assessor based on Assessor ID. Click Apply, to search
for a particular Assessor.
➢ Click Link Assessor, the Link an Assessor screen appears.

➢ The Link an Assessor screen displays the details such as Name of the Assessor and Assessment Agency
Aligned.
➢ Enter the appropriate Assessor ID. Select the appropriate Linking Type from the drop-down list, the
following screen appears.
➢ The Job Role Details screen displays the details of the job roles such as Associated Job Roles, QP Code,
and Valid Till.
➢ Click View Assessor, to view the linked Assessor details.
➢ Select the appropriate Duration (Start Date & End Date) from the drop-down calendar.
➢ Click Browse, to upload the appropriate Supporting Documents. Assessment Agency can upload the
only jpg, png, jpeg and pdf and the maximum file size is three MB. Click Upload.

➢ Click Generate OTP, the One Time Password Verification screen appears as follows.
➢ Enter the OTP received and click Verify OTP, the Success screen appears.
➢ Click OK, to navigate to the View My Assessor screen.

12 View Assessor Profile
The View Assessor Profile screen allows the Assessment Agency to view the Assessor profile.

Home - - > Dashboard - - > View My Assessors - - > Action - - > View Details
➢ The View My Assessor screen displays Assessor details such as Username, Assessor Name, Mobile
Number, Certified SSC, Availability, Type of Resource and also allows to view details under Action.
➢ Click View Details, the View Assessor Profile screen appears.

➢ The Personal Information section displays the personal details of the Assessor such as Name of
Assessor, Date of Birth, Gender, Languages Known, Religion and Category.
➢ The Contact & Address Details section displays the Contact & Address details such as Mobile Number
of Assessor, Pincode, Email Address of Assessor, State/Union Territory, Assessor Address,
District/City, Nearby Landmark, and Tehsil/Mandal.
➢ The Education Details section displays the education details of the Assessor.

as Assessment Agency Name, From and to Date and Type.

➢ Click Go Back, to navigate to the View My Assessors screen.

13 Search Assessors
The Search Assessors screen allows the Assessment Agency to search a particular Assessor.

➢ The Assessor Search screen lists all the Assessor associated with the Assessment Agency.

State, Sector, Domain Job Role, Assessor ID, Assessor Name, and ToA Status. Click Search, to search
for a particular Assessor.
➢ The Search Results screen displays the Certified Assessor details such as Assessor ID, Assessor Name,
State, Gender, Sector, Domain Job Role, and ToA Status.

such as Name of the SPOC, Email Address and Phone Number.

14.3 Associations
The Associations screen allows the Assessment Agency to view all associations in two sections as listed
below.
• Empanelled SSC
• Associated Assessors
➢ The Empanelled SSC section displays the empanelled SSC details such as Sector (ID), Sub-sector, State,
District and Job Role Name.
➢ The Associated Assessors section lists all the associated Assessor details such as Assessor ID, Assessor
Name, Mobile, Email, Linking Type, Valid From, Valid To and also allows the Assessment Agency to
view the details under Action.
➢ Click Back, to navigate to the Dashboard.
