One of the major advantages the Philippines have is its geography. It is

surrounded by water and it is ideal place to make it a trade route. The

advantage of our economy in the Philippines is often taken away by the

corruption of politics and land use.

The majority of Filipino people have a rough time because they cannot

compete with other countries because of the lack of information on handling

their products. New features and breakthroughs often do not reach the

practical stage of actually using it because most Filipinos are not aware.

Because of this kind of mentality, many Filipinos choose not to stay in the

business for long and feels that migrating to another country is the only way to

have a better life.

The notion that the Philippines is not a place to earn a lot of money if you are

an investor is often the first impression whenever a person tells their job as a

businessman. The Filipinos have been known as an agricultural country yet

we are not one of the best due to lack of structures that will promote that

sector every few months.

The world of agriculture and its advantages is really interesting world to

explore. The feats and success people can have when they focus on the

agriculture business of the Philippines. The location of the Philippines makes

it advantages in making crops because of its weather.

Due to the insufficient education the Philippines have, the concept of giving

the information to every will be a hard task. The idea of giving the knowledge

In our present world, where business, advertising, creativity and innovation

are what drive success and profitability, it is undeniable that there is a need

for a place where the different people gather around to help each other out.

This is making sure that it is not only the Philippines that will benefit from this

but also the world.

Helping people achieve the same goal and is done by gathering and doing

thought provoking things that will enable to reap the present benefits of our

economy is something that the Philippine needs to be the center of.

Philippines is one of the countries that will benefit most in this facility because

of its export and import oriented economy.

One of the Philippines in the long term problem is the poor education we

have. Another problem is the lack of food to the overpopulation which in

turn forces the Philippines to import rice from another country. It is a

shame that the Philippines which is an agriculture country cannot feed its

own population with its huge land that is available for agriculture.

The Filipino are much on their own because in spite of a lot of

organizations trying to help them, most of them cannot lift up from poverty.

This problem persists because of the absence of a venue where people

and other business can exchange information and knowledge is in fact

one of the ways to combat this unavailability of information.

Different kinds of technology should reach the Filipino farmers because it

will achieve economic growth and therefore we can compete once more

against the international competition on exporting our crops.

The development should reduce the insufficiency of knowledge on any

industry in the Filipinos today. The proposed project calls for a hotel and

convention center that will show the innovative prowess of the Philippines

internationally. The design of the recreational park should attract different

people to the convention and exhibition center. To be able to support such

center there is a need to provide proper amenities needed to work

effectively. The convention center should make Filipinos be aware of the

different opportunities and investment of their own country.

1.3 Project Objectives

The Philippines needs a venue that will promote agriculture. It is best that

we can create a venue that will let people be aware of the advantages and

the state of the agriculture sector. Filipinos need this kind of development

because at the end of the day the Philippines is still an agriculture based

country. With this natural advantage of this country in mind, it is best to

put it into good use and let foreigners be aware of the Philippines as the

primary place to gather for international fair for agriculture.

Even in the early days of the Philippines during the Spaniard’s time, it can

be said that the Filipinos have a knack for agriculture. The problem is how

we can have a sustainable development to compete with the international

standards. The Philippines with this proposal can represent the world as

the venue for international expos and fair specifically for the agriculture

segment of the world.

Food production is paramount priority for the government because we are

losing money from unnecessary importation of agricultural goods. By

having a international trade fair building, it can be said that it can really

affect the production of the agriculture fields of the Philippines and

therefore can help the Philippines achieve sustainability on food

availability and crop production.

The new technologies of the cannot reach the far flung places of the

farmers which is one of the reason making this trade fair that will give the

farmers an opportunity to be able to get the new products to be able to

use it and have better yields.

In the business side of things, the feasibility of doing business here in the

Philippines is an untapped resource for international investments. They

tend to stay away from investing in the agriculture sector of the Philippines

because have not seen the improvements in irrigation, land use and much

more.

With the trend of globalization, it can be said that it is relevant Filipinos

should have a venue that will address the problems of the main economic

business it has which is agriculture. The advantage of the information age

can help this speed up faster and spread the word to the Filipino farmers

on how they can still improve their land, crops, profit and stature.

Aside from the knowledge and exposure gained from the creation of the

project, it can said that the proposal will enable the Filipinos facilitate the

advantage of entering the in the farming sector and try reaping profits from

it. The benefits this will give are that it will help the Agriculture attract

attention that will then give shares in the government budget. The typical

Filipino then can try using the knowledge gained to plant crops even on

their own backyard. This then will inspire Filipinos to eat more organic and

healthy food.

Overall, the proposal will benefit the Filipino communities from the rural

parts of the country down to the urban cities. It will help give the people

1.5 Project Scope and Limitation

The proposed project will cover the international agriculture trade which is

what the Filipinos need to be aware of the state of agriculture in the

Philippines. At the same time, foreigners can see the opportunity in

investing in the Philippines as they are here for a business and vacation

trip. The structures in the development shall include the following

activities: Presentation, Investments, knowledge gathering and relaxation.

The development shall include the following facilities:

1.5.1 Convention Centre

The area where the meetings and products are shown to the audience

and prospective clients

1.5.2 Exhibition Hall

The project also has outdoor areas such as the development of

recreational park. This is to promote the relaxation of the tourist and the

attraction of Filipinos to gather in the area whenever the trade fair is not in

use.

The development of the outdoor areas shall include the following:

and fandom. Trade conventions typically focus on a particular industry or

industry segment, and feature keynote speakers, vendor displays, and

other information and activities of interest to the event organizers and

attendees.

Exhibition- an organized presentation and display of a selection of

items. In practice, exhibitions usually occur within museums, galleries and

exhibition halls, and World's Fairs.

Hotel- establishment that provides lodging paid on a short-term basis
