CONTRACT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This CONTRACT is made and entered into in the Province of Tarlac,
Philippines, by and between:
____________________, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residence
and postal address at Burgos, Moncada, Tarlac and hereinafter referred to as
LESSOR;
-and-
______________ duly registered business with Address at Samput,
Paniqui, Tarlac and herein represented by ________________ of legal age, Filipino
and with residence and postal address at Brgy. San Isidro, Paniqui, Tarlac and
hereinafter referred to as LESSEE;
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of commercial building which is Open
for lease:
1. That for and in consideration of the monthly rental of SIX THOUSAND
PESOS (P 6,000.00) and ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS
(P1,500.00) for the utility bills;
2. The term of this lease shall be one (1) year starting June 1, 2020 to May
31, 2021;
3. The monthly rental shall be P6, 000.00 and utility bills P1,500.00
payable in cash only on the 2nd week of each month;
4. That the LESSEE shall not sub-leased to any third parties without the
consent of the LESSOR;
5. That the LESSEE hereby expressly acknowledges that the leased space is
in good tenantable condition and agrees to keep the same in good and
tenantable condition and hereby undertakes to do or cause to be done
any and all necessary repairs and maintenance works for the said leased
space.
6. That any and all improvements of permanent nature shall form part of
the leased premises and shall not be removed even after the termination
of this contract. The LESSEE shall not be entitled for any form of
reimbursement for the said improvements. Moreover, no improvements
or alterations shall be made without the approval of the LESSOR.
7. That the LESSEE is strictly prohibited to keep, deposit or store any
obnoxious substance, flammable materials or those that increase the
risk that may cause destruction of the LEASED PREMISES
8. That if either of the party shall violate any term or condition of this
contract and as a result of the aggrieved party shall file the case in court,
then the erring party shall be liable to the aggrieved party for all
expenses and damages including a reasonable amount of Attorney ‘s fee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures
on the date and at the place first above-written.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, for and in Paniqui, Tarlac, this _____ day
