Dear Sir/Madame:

We are writing for and in behalf of our client, CYNDY


CATACUTAN, as regards the proceedings conducted by your
office in the matter of her complaint for violation of RA 9262
against her ex-boyfriend Rodulfo Saba, Jr. who is also the father of
her son.

As it is in your knowledge, Minutes of the proceedings on the


foregoing matter was furnished to our client, albeit belatedly.
However, our client politely requests that you review your record
of the proceedings as it appears that some of the entries in the said
minutes are inaccurate. Thereafter, our client wishes that a more
accurate Minutes be issued to her.

Furthermore, we appeal to your good office to continuously


observe and follow the mandate of the Katarungang Pambarangay as
regards all forms, solemnities and the general conduct of all
barangay conciliation proceedings involving our client.
Additionally, without however attributing any negative
disposition, we respectfully remind that the basic tenet of fairness
must at all times govern the aforesaid proceedings.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt attention.
