This cost exercise is for budget purpose only. The final project amount shall be arrived upon freezing the requirements, design, detailed cost working. False ceiling is not considered as total
beacuse of internal height restrictions. Exposed ducting for HVAC.

5 The current costing exercise is for Fitout cost, No land cost / Base building construction cost considered. Legal and stamp duty costs for land excluded
6 The costing exercise excludes financing charges like Bank charges and interest components.
7 If the project would require Environmental Impact study / LEED approval, for which a separate provision to be made by Client.
8 The utility connection includes water and power for which one time expenses to be provisioned separately by Client.
