Using the Balance It pdf – do the single balances,
find a partner (sibling, parent, cousin) and do the
partner…continue with as many friends as you
can! Be safe!
Find a yoga video online and complete 10 -15
minutes of yoga
Find “Fitness Blender” online and do the kids
version for 10-15 minutes
