A 24: Creating a good work culture!

INTRODUCTION
Dear employees and workers of UNIVERSAL NGO, Good Evening.

Do you know that you are zealous workers in this company?


You know why? Because you are doing great job and the top decision managers is
congratulating and encouraging you.

But, it’s noticed by the Managing Director that the quality of the work environment set by
yourselves does not provide a good work atmosphere and that situation influence the work
enjoyment and relationships. In fact, each of you works on his tasks and goals in the mistrust
atmosphere. All of you are as much guilty of that behavior as you may be and that state of
affairs actually affects somehow the global productivity and mainly the reputation of the
company.

A survey conducted by the Managing Director himself shows that even our customers are
complaining of that behavior. So we have to create a fun, friendly, and supportive
environment that encourages enjoyable work in Fellowship and Courtesy and clients
welcome.

After thinking about the solution, I have a proposal to change that negative work environment
into a positive and productive environment for enjoyment work. A good work culture.
Work Culture is the environment that surrounds you at work all of the time.

An organization’s culture is made up of all of the life experiences each employee brings to the
organization.

It’s a radical move, but it is the only way to truly shake opportunity loose, whether our
company is struggling or looking to maintain its momentum. You have to know that it’s a
reorganization that requires flawless execution, but when it works, it’s a thing to behold.

Benefits provided by good culture at work.

1- It helps to make a tremendous progress in our work.

2- It improves the quality of relationship at work and therefore influences the


performances and reputation of the company.

3- It is a powerful element that shapes your work enjoyment, your work relationships,
and your work processes.

4- It is favorable to strengthen our strategy towards the achievement of our goals.

CONCLUSION
Dear workers,

I am hopeful and confident than ever that this change will lead us to the path to total victory.
There is "no magic formula for success in a company" unless we set ours.

Today, we are setting a new work culture and we have to remain united and fight towards the
achievement of the goals expressed in the business plan of our lovely company.
