Mr. Emmanuel D. Garces is a native of San Pablo, Bauan who was


born on January 1, 1980 to Mr. Apolonio Garces and Mrs. Arcadia Garces.
He is the present owner of Binukbok View Point Resort located at San
Pablo, Bauan, Batangas. The said resort was inherited by Mr. Emmanuel
from his father, who was one of the persons who started the Bantay Dagat in
San Pablo, Bauan. The Binukbok View Point started operating forthe public
on 2005. Mr. Emmanuel started to be a diver on 1997 to present.
