EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mr. Atipoe requires a responsive web application (webapp) built to support his new
delivery project. This webapp will allow your customers to request for delivery, pay for
the delivery requested and track the status of the requested delivery.

SOLUTION OUTLINE
I will build your webapp using Django, a Python web framework, for the backend and
VueJs, a JavaScript framework, for the frontend. These technologies are used by more
than a million brands around the world, and is known for its ease of use, security, and
scalability.
SITE INTEGRATIONS
I will integrate your webapp with the following tools:
Payment Gateway to receive payment in the webapp
Messaging Gateway to send notifications to customers
DELIVERABLES
As outlined in the process section, I will be responsible for delivering the following:
Webapp strategy document that outlines navigation, key pages, visual styles, etc.
Wireframes for the new webapp to be reviewed, iterated and agreed

MY APPROACH
I apply a six-step framework to every development project. This allows me to break
projects down into distinct phases so that I can monitor progression and results along
the way.
1. Planning
Every project begins in the planning phase. In this phase, I will work with you to
discover what your needs, wants, and true objectives are. This allows me to thoroughly
plan a complete project up front, avoiding costly delays and unforeseen challenges later
on.
2. Design
In this phase, I will create mockups and prototypes based on earlier discussions. By
allowing you to review a visual representation of my understanding of your needs early
on in the project, I can further solidify your requirements and discover any additional
needs or challenges that did not present themselves in the planning phase.
3. Build
In this phase, I will begin the process of building your webapp. I place a heavy
emphasis on adhering to the technical and design specifications laid out in the planning
phase, and perform regular functional tests, which allows me to correct any problems
during the build rather than addressing them after project completion.
4. Test & Train
I will perform thorough testing on all modules and components of the webapp prior to
final launch. I will simulate heavy stress to measure performance, and test various
browsers, operating systems, and devices with the webapp to be sure that it is
responsive and performs well across all platforms. I will also perform training with your
staff, so that they will be able to easily make minor adjustments or publish new content
once your webapp is live.
5. Launch
The live launch of your webapp can be a stressful period. Even with thorough testing
throughout development, unforeseen challenges can arise. That's why I will provide full

monitoring and support during the launch period. I stand ready to make sure that your
launch is successful, and are ready to quickly address any issues that arise.
6. Support
Once your site launches successfully, you'll still require a technical partner to support
ongoing needs. I offer a wide variety of support services for all completed projects,

Payment

1. 20% paid on acceptance of this proposal and signing of our software
development agreement.
2. 30% paid at completion of design phase.
3. 40% paid at completion of build phase.
4. 10% paid at completion of launch phase.
