SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, LETICIA ARENOS DE GUZMAN, of legal age, single,


and with postal address at #67 F3, Lower Q.M., Baguio City, Philippines, by
these presents hereby name, constitute and appoint my sister MYRNA
ARENOS DE GUZMAN, of legal age, single, Filipino and also a resident
of #67 F3, Lower Q.M., Baguio City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me, in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following special powers, to wit:

1. To report about the stealing of my ATM Card with Account No. 1234-5678-
90 before the China Bank located at Otek Street, Baguio City;

2. To process the replacement of my above-mentioned stolen ATM Card;

3. To get amd receive my new ATM Card as a replacement of my


abovementioned stolen ATM Card;

4. To make, sign, execute and deliver receipts, contracts, documents, and other
writings relevant to the foregoing authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-i n-fact full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing, as fully to all intents and
purposes as the principal might or could lawfully do if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation, and HEREBY RATIFYING
AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-i n-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the principal has caused this instrument to


be signed this 3rd day of April 2019, at Baguio City, Philippines.
