getting visas or clearing immigration.

4. Stay in touch with all airline operators for status on flight bookings, Effected
Flights, Diverted Flights or Suspended Flights.

5. Make sure to book Refundable Flights/ Hotels / Packages for the traveler to save
traveler money.
