FOREWORD
Confession is one of the most powerful tools that we possess in the kingdom of God. It is the power to
call those things that be not as though they were, and create the world in which we desire to live.
Unfortunately, you cannot produce in language (confession) what is not resident in your heart. Simply
put, out of the abundance of the heart the mouth will speak.

Your life is a direct result of the words you speak. If you say something long enough, and hear it often
enough, you will inevitably believe it and become it. This book, Confessions For Your Soul, contains
confessions rooted and grounded in the word of the living God. These confessions have the power to alter
any situation, circumstance, trial, or tribulation that you face in your life by first changing you from the
inside out.

I am convinced that as you make these confessions on a daily basis you will experience a change in your
faith, in your thinking, and in your perception, which will ultimately lead to a change in your surrounding.
Beloved, what you hold in your hand is a powerful tool in your arsenal against the powers of darkness.
There is no greater weapon than the word of God, and now, with these simple confessions, you have the
power of the Word in the palm of your hand.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…All things were
made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” (John 1:1-3) Consider this:
because Jesus is the Word of God, when you confess God’s word you are literally confessing Jesus into
your situation. The Father did it in the beginning, and now it’s time to exercise your spiritual authority as
a child of God with Confessions For Your Soul!

Introduction
This book of confessions is based on God’s Word to encourage and uplift you while you are

going through your situations. This powerful tool will allow you to see change in your life as you confess

on a daily basis.

The word confession in Greek is Homologeo, which means to say the same thing. Regardless of

how your situation seems, if you continuously confess with confidence and praise the Lord each day in

advance for your manifestation, I believe God will step in and give you your hearts’ desire.

I am a firm believer in Proverbs 18:21, which states, “Death and life are in the power of the

tongue...” So, when you pray to the Father, in the name of Jesus and confess His Word, you can expect a

dead situation to live. Why, because according to Isaiah 55:11, His Word won’t return unto Him void, but

shall accomplish that which He please.

I encourage you to confess the confession(s) that apply to you at least two or three times a day

out loud with authority and confidence, knowing God will do what He said. Now, begin to confess and

be blessed!!
Blessings & Favor

This confession is for those who expect blessing and favor in every area of your life. If you
believe that this is your season for a break through and for change to take place in your
situation, then confess these powerful words and watch God move.
Death and life are in the power of my tongue; therefore, I proclaim over my life right now that I
am blessed. (Proverbs 18:21)

I let no corrupt, negative, complaining communication proceed out of my mouth, but only that
which is good, positive, and edifying, that it minister grace to others as well as to me. (Ephesians
4:29)

I’m blessed and not cursed. I’m a lender and not a borrower. I’m the head and not the tail. I’m
above all and not beneath. The blessings and favor of the Lord will come on me and overtake
me. (Deuteronomy 28:2, 12, 13)

I will hear the voice of God, do all his commandments, and be willing and obedient to eat the
best of the land. (Deuteronomy 28:1, Isaiah 1:19*)

I expect God to open up the windows of heaven, and pour me out a blessing that I don’t have
room enough to receive. (Malachi 3:10)

I am blessed and highly favored; whatever I do shall prosper, because God has made me blessed,
and my name to be great. (Luke 1:28, Psalm 1:3, Genesis 12:2)
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that I ask or think; for God
thoughts are not my thoughts, neither my ways his ways. Therefore, I expect anything to happen,
for with God nothing is impossible. (Ephesians 3:20, Isaiah 55:8, Luke 1:37)

Since the Lord takes pleasure in my prosperity, I shall prosper spiritually, physically, financially,
socially and mentally. (Psalms 35:27, III John 2)

Having God in my life, I obtain favor and daily loads of his benefits. (Proverbs 8:35, Psalm
68:19)

I shall find favor with both God and man; expecting eyes have not seen, nor have ears heard
blessing to come to me. (Proverbs 3:4, I Corinthians 2:9)

Because I am blessed and highly favored, I shall obtain houses full of all good things and
vineyards that I didn’t plant. (Deuteronomy 6:10-11)

I am chosen by God; therefore, whatever I ask in Jesus’ name shall be given to me. (John 15:16)

I decree it is so, and so it is, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Depression

This confession is for people who have experienced hurtful situations and problems, and think
they can’t over come those experiences. You are a powerful vessel, and the devil is seeking to
still, kill, and destroy you, but he is a liar. Encourage yourself while confessing this
confession Out Loud and expect to be uplifted and delivered.
Father, in the name of Jesus, I need your help.

I can of my own self do nothing; therefore, I seek not my own will, but God’s will to be done in
my life. (John 5:30)

Death and Life are in my mouth, and I refuse to let the devil have dominion over me; therefore, I
bind and cast down the spirit of depression, down trodden ness, and suicide thoughts. God gives
power to the faint, and increase strength for those who don’t feel like going on. (Proverbs 18:21,
Matthew 18:18, Isaiah 40:29)

I am chosen by God; before I was formed in the belly my mother’s womb I was sanctified (set a
part). I was made in the image and likeness of God; therefore, if God be for me, what situation,
what lie, what financial problem, what death, or what person can be against me. (John 15:16,
Jeremiah 1:5, Genesis 1:26, Romans 8:31)

I’m of a chosen generation, a Royal Priesthood, a holy nation. God loves me. I will bless the
Lord at all times (no matter how I feel), for he has called me out of darkness (depression,
brokenness, stress) into his marvelous light (prosperity, joy, peace, salvation) (I Peter 2:9, Psalm
34:1)
I will not be amazed or think strangely about the fiery trial, situation, or test which is to try me;
but I will rejoice and give thanks always for all things, for all things work together for the good
of them that love God, and are called according to his purpose. (I Peter 4:12-13*, Ephesians
5:20, Romans 8:28)

I am troubled on every side (finance, health, family, job, etc.) but not distressed; perplexed, but
not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed. (II Corinthians 4:8)

God said be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the He is with
me wherever I go; therefore, my mind shall be in perfect peace because I trust him. (Joshua 1:9,
Isaiah 26:3)

I will rest in the Lord and wait patiently for him by encouraging myself in the Lord. (Psalm 37:7,
I Samuel 30:6)

I will over come depression, for God is with me and will help me; he will never leave me nor
forsake me. (Isaiah 41:10, Hebrews 13:5)

I decree it is so, and so it is, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Healing

This confession is for the people who are sick and are experiencing pain in their bodies. If you
keep confessing these words and have confidence in what you’re saying, then expect a change
in your condition. Even though the pain and symptoms are there, keep the faith for your
miracle because it’s already done!
I walk in divine health and cancel every sickness and disease, in the name of Jesus.

I confess with confidence that my body is made whole because God wants me to walk in health
(in my mind, body, and soul), and by his stripes I am healed. (III John 2, Isaiah 53:5)

Jesus gave me the power and authority over all devils and diseases, so right now I bind sickness
and disease and loose healing over my life. (Luke 9:1, Matthew 16:18)

Regardless of how I feel or the reports I receive, I believe the report of the Lord that I will be
healed, and He will take away all sickness. (Deuteronomy 7:15)

I will continue to believe and have faith that God is able to heal me, for without faith it is
impossible to please him. I will diligently seek and believe him for my healing. (Mark 11:22,
Hebrews 1:6)

Whatsoever I shall say unto sickness and disease, and shall not doubt in my heart, but shall
believe those things I say, it shall come to pass; I shall have healing. (Mark 11:23)
Death and life are in the power of the tongue; therefore, I shall not die, but live to praise,
worship, and declare the works of the Lord. (Proverbs 18:21, Psalm 118:17)

I will obey God’s word and follow his commandments so that I may live and prosper and
prolong my days in the land that I will possess; for my days shall be multiplied and the years of
my life shall be increased. (Deuteronomy 5:33, Proverbs 9:11)

I will let no negative talk proceed out of my mouth but only that which is edifying, that it will
build up not only others, but me as well. I am not weak, but I am strong. (Ephesians 4:29, Joel
3:10)

God said he will restore health unto me and will heal me of my wounds. (Jeremiah 30:17)

I believe I am healed because God’s word shall not return unto him void, but it shall accomplish
that which he pleases and prosper me. (Isaiah 55:11)

I decree it is so, and so it is, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
