Dear Ma’am/ Sir:

Advance Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

Christmas season is the season to be jolly and giving, in which the Ateneo de Naga
University observes this tradition of celebrating the Lord's nativity.

In connection to this, Ateneo de Naga University College of Law will be holding its
Christmas Party this December 19, 2019. There is a fund needed for the expenses of
the Christmas Party and the Bar Operations of our pioneer Bar examinees, which they
will need in the year 2021.

For this purpose, we would like to solicit any amount from your generous heart to
augment the aforementioned expenses. We would like to express in advance our
utmost appreciation and gratitude for accommodating our request.

This letter is under Resolution No. 007-1819 of the ADNU Law Student Government
which was passed and approved on August 20, 2019, at AL414-B, Father Godofredo
Alingal Building, Ateneo de Naga University.
