Instruction for CSE students Only

Regarding Revaluation
1. Download revaluation Application form (Copy Available in Page 2)
2. Fill the application form by hand or as guided by university
You can fill the application in one of the following ways:
a. Print the application, fill and sign it.
b. Use freely available software such as Adobe Fill and Sign on Google Play for Android devices, Adobe Reader
or several other similar free software both on the desktop and mobile devices.
Some examples are: Foxit Reader ([Link] ) on Windows desktop and
Adobe Fill and Sign ([Link]
c. Write by hand on plain paper giving all data as per the application format and sign it.

3. After filling the form and signing at the bottom, take snap or scan from cam scanner
4. The file name should be USN_SEM_SEC.pdf (ex: 1MV18CS005_4_A.pdf)
The pdf file should be sent to the email-id cse_reval@[Link] (preferably email)

subject of email should be as any one option given below and it should be followed by
USN_SEM_SEC
a. APPLYING FOR REVALUATION ONLY
b. APPLYING FOR PHOTO COPY ONLY
c. APPLYING FOR REVALUATION AND PHOTO COPY

Ex. 1 Subject: APPLYING FOR REVALUATION ONLY 1MV18CS005_4_A
Ex. 2 Subject: APPLYING FOR PHOTO COPY ONLY 1MV18CS005_4_A
Ex. 3 Subject: APPLYING FOR REVALUATION AND PHOTO COPY 1MV18CS005_4_A

Attach the fee paid receipt along with the application, if fee is paid online
(you can pay the fee through our college web portal- [Link]
Fee paid Receipt should have the file name as Receipt_USN_SEM_SEC.pdf
Example: Receipt_1MV18CS005_4_A.pdf

5. Visit the VTU results website [Link] to verify the subject/course

NOTE
1. UG Programs: Revaluation fee ₹ 400-00. Photocopy fee per subject/course: ₹ 300-00.
2. PG Programs: Revaluation fee Rs.3000-00 per subject. There is no facility for photocopy.
3. Students UG programs can apply for only revaluation, only photocopy (where permissible) or both
revaluation and photocopy (where permissible) in case of UG programs. Students of PG programs can apply
only for revaluation.
4. Photocopy facility is not available for subjects/courses involving drawing sheets and also for PG programs.
For such subjects, only revaluation is applicable.
5. Revaluation and/or photocopy is not available for practical subjects/courses.
Don’ts:
1. Students should not make online payment to the university directly.
2. Students should not send their application to the University directly.

1. I have read and understood the instructions distributed along with this application.
2. I have verified all entries, including subject/course codes in the application form and state that they are correct and
that I will not request to make changes to this application once submitted to college.
3. I will pay the necessary fees to college online (if the provision is made by the college) or will pay the fee as soon as the
COVID-19 lockdown is lifted or before that if possible, and I understand that announcement of revaluation results is
subject to payment of revaluation fees within time.
4. I have calculated the fees correctly as per VTU fee structure. If my calculation is incorrect, I undertake to pay the
correct fees.
5. I have submitted this application to the college as per the requirements.
6. I have signed the application and retained a copy of this signed application my reference.
