TROUBLESHOOTING

• The sound and image are not synchronised through
the A/V IN
 Download the latest firmware
• Can not adjust the level of quality of the DVB-T
recording
 No issue, the DVB-T is always recorded in the best
quality
• I have a "sorry firmware can´t work.." error message
after updating the firmware.
 Unit is defective, send to your repair center
• Unable to copy data on the Movie Cube from My
MacOS
 Use a software (like NTFS-3G) allowing to write
on NTFS partitions
• Can not setup the last firmware release (v.4674/
v.4681/v.5215)
 Check that bootloader version is updated in
latest version 1026
