BUSINESS LOGO

Logo will represent the business itself to catch up attention and

interest of the students, teachers and other costumers.

To have an specific description, the logo of our products symbolyzes

the chef as the business owners while shanghai represents the product and

“#1 shanghai”, “shanghai sarap” and the golden wheat grain represents that

this product is one of the best food of the country

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The business for food industries are undeniably big there are lot of

competitors. Wherein our product is belong. As we are to compete with

the big market we make sure that our product will not be at the bottom of

the list.

Even if we’re still new in the business we make sure to manage our

business very well. There 6 people who own the business and it is a

partnership. And in partnership the capital is bigger than in the single

proprietorship. This means that we start our business in a bigger capital.

And our camaraderie being the owners has the great impact on the

business. We organize the budgets and the ingredients so that it is easier

for us to buy everything. In the preparation of the product we the owners

are hands on in order to give the best to the costumers.

We the owners are hopping that this business will be a success.

About the product.

This product is made with love and our last ace, actually this is our

plan c. Our shanghai is meaty and healthy because there is a carrot on

it. They might say that is isn’t a unique product anymore but ours is

undeniably delicious so every time we are selling it some of our buyers

repeat to buy again. And while we are selling we make sure that we

have the good sales talking and of course we smile as we sell.

It is easy for us to make our product because our equipments are

complete and we as a group cooperate to make the work faster. And

we make sure that our product is cooked properly that’s why we deep

fry it. Thanks God that we have group mates that are good in cooking

and tasting the product if it is perfect or not. And also about the

consistency of the size is not a problem. Our product can be eaten by

everyone as long as they want shanghai except for Muslims because

we know that they don’t eat pork.

In a capital of PHP 495 pesos we can make 250 pieces which we can

sell on about PHP 1000 and we can gain PHP 505. Our product is not only

profitable for us but also we make sure that it is affordable for our

customers because most of them are students.

Business is what we do for us to satisfy our daily needs and even our

wants. We have different strategies in putting up a business. Some would

be socializing, sales talking, posting in the internet etc., we are doing it in

order for us to sell easily. So if we want gain profit, we will do everything

just for it. Some begins with a small business until it becomes better and

larger business. Like us, we have put up small business and hoping that

we can make it large in the future.

Age is not a hindrance to put up own business, what matters is we

have the ability to make it successful.

At a very young age our teacher taught us that we should start a

business. A business were we can apply our abilities and what we learn as

ABM students. We thought that it is very easy to formulate our products

that we need to sell but it is not. Brain storming, critical thinking and

more. Suddenly an idea from our group mate pop up which is the sushi
squash, but the problem is it is hard to find a sushi wrapper and we

realized that it is expensive. Thanks God that we have a plan b which is

the sioron or the siomai like with a sweetened squashed filling but again

we receive negative comments from this product so again we decided to

make another product and finally we came up with our very own

shanghai.

Let’s make an overview with our very own product the ”Shanghai”.

This product is made with love and our last ace, actually this is our plan c.
