School Student Council will be doing a project entitled LiterARTura. The
target of this project is for the students to know more about our social
issues and voice out their opinions.
With this, the Education High School Student Council 2018-2019 would like
to request your good office to grant the proposed budget for the said project.
The event will take place on the AVR, their respective classrooms and
the Albertus Magnus Auditorium. The event will happen in the Guidance
Week.

PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. Project Title
LiterARTura

III. Project Rationale
LiterARTura is a project that aims to connect with the students of
EHS and hear their opinions about the problems of our country
today. When we look around our surroundings, we can see different
types of social issues. As a student and as their Student Council
Auditor, I want to help them. That’s why LiterARTura is presented.
We will be holding different seminars and friendly competitions
about our social issues. In this way, we can be better citizens, after
all, the future of our country is our future.
IV. Project Objectives
This project aims to:
Show skills and talents by participating in the said event.
Give knowledge to the students which they can use in the future.
Show camaraderie and sportsmanship throughout the event.
V. Project Description
In this project, I’ll collaborate with the Guidance Counselor, Ma’am
Mitch, and her Peer Facilitators, to help us organize the said event.
We will hold seminars about our social issues and what to know
about them. The said project will be focused on the social issues
that our country is facing. This project will be used to help the
students to know more about how they are going to handle
situations connected to these issues and understand them deeper.
We will make sure that the students are not bored, and they are
participating. To voice out their opinions about what they’ve
learned, we will be holding different friendly competitions such as
Poster Making, Spoken Word Poetry, Extemporaneous Speaking,
Film Making etc. Every section will have a representative(s) in each
contest. Students who stand out and let us see their opinions and
messages clearly in every contest will win. In this, they will build a
bond that is important for EHS Students.
GUIDELINES:
1. Every student must attend all seminars, or they will be
disqualified in every competition.
2. Each student must participate ad help their classmate in doing
the project.
3. Every material that’s going to use in competitions (except Poster
Making) is recycled materials.
4. Keep a healthy environment in our school.

auditors on their duties and speak their ideasto help the Student
Council to be better.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

COMA: Commission on Monetary Audit

Education High School Student Council 2018-2019
III. Project Rationale
This project promotes transparency between the UST Education
Highschool Administration and its students. It will prioritize the students’
suggestions and observations to improve the Education Highschool. This
will also help the auditors of each section to learn about proper auditing
procedures. To achieve its motives, the said representatives along with
the Student Council Auditor and the Student Council Adviser will be having
a meeting every end of each quarter. It will be held inside the Caridad
Sevilla room.
IV. Project Objectives
This project aims to:
How to be a handful leader.
Give them knowledge that would help the being a leader.
Have a better communication.
Help each other to be a leader that the students really deserve.
V. Project Description
Every end of the month, I’ll gather the auditor of each class in
Caridad Sevilla Room to have a meeting. WE will talk about how to
be an effective auditor, what are the traits of being an officer, and
how to show transparency. I’ll also give each one of them a folder
containing the Liquidation Report when an event was been held in
that month. IN this way, we can help each other in being an office
that student deserves.
GUIDELINES:
1. Every auditor shall attend this meeting, attendance is a must.
2. I’ll collect all the folders I gave them at the end of the year to see
if they took care and follow my tips on being an effective auditor.
