SUMMARY
In this report we have taken data of Employee on the basis of Employee
Code, Gender, Date of Birth, Educational Level (years), Employment
Category, Current Salary, Beginning Salary, Months since Hire, Previous
Experience (months), Minority Classification.
First we have calculated T test in which we found STD error mean for
male and female employees from group statistics. Then from
inndependent sample test we found STD. error difference,& 95%
confidence interval of difference for lower & upper.
Then we have calculated crostabs in which there is a result of case
processing summary and gender employment category crosstabulation
in which we found total count %.
Then we have calculated correlation between employment category
and beginning salary in and then correlation between beginning salary
month since hire, previous experience.
Then we have calculated regression of dependent variable and all
requested variables entered then there is a model summary of
predictors , previous experience (months) , month since hire ,
employment category.
At last we have calculated ANOVA of the dependent variable ,
predictors employment category , months since hire , previous
experience and coffecient
