hereby declare that this is my Last Will and Testament, hereafter “Act,” and that any previously
executed wills, testaments, promises or provisions implied or oral that I have made previously
either jointly or severally are null, void, and cancelled, to be replaced with this Act.
I declare that I am of legal age and of sound mind, and that this Act is made under no undue
influence or duress.
This Act is completed with respect to and abiding by the jurisdiction and laws of the

and any provision express or implied which contradicts the local laws or is found in a court of
law to be unenforceable will be cancelled, without effect on the remainder of provisions.

improve, manage, liquidate, or conduct legal affairs relating to any business, asset,
property, equity or share of any asset, that I own at the time of death.
5. I direct that my expenses relating to my funeral, administration of the estate, and all
estate, inheritance, interest, penalties, or similar taxes, moneys, or amounts payable
with respect to the included items within the estate, shall be deducted from the
remainder of the estate, without appointment and with no right of reimbursement from

any other recipient or third party.
6. The Executor shall have the rights and authority as allowed by law to engage the
service of third parties, such as attorneys, tax consultants, real estate agents, stock
brokers or managers, business managers, and any other reasonable professionals,
who are engaged in the service of execution of this Act. Reasonable compensation will
be paid from the Estate.
No services may be paid by any parties which can be found to have a conflict of
interest, personal gain, inside information, family members, or other preexisting
association regarding the Estate.
