Final Case Digest Submission Guidelines

1. For each highlighted topics , state your analysis of the
doctrines laid down by the Supreme Court in the Court’s
application of the particular sections of the Negotiable
Instruments Law to the cases decided. Your case digests and case
analyses will form part of 50 % of your final grade.
2. Submit thru email the case digests and analysis of the following
additional cases decided by the Supreme Court in the following format :

Font size : 14
Line Spacing : 1.5 spaces
No. pages : Maximum of two (2) pages per case .
3. For submission on MAY 8, 2020 .
4. On May 15, 2020 , I will send to your Class president a taped
video lecture together with an over-all summation of the
course. Included in this lecture is a Reviewer for your Final
Exam to prepare you with the format of questionnaires for
your study.
