- Tries to close gap before on a plan
- Teacher starts to slowly
accommodate with documentation
Additional information

- Your kids will always follow you if you take charge


- Reflect upon qualities of you favorite teacher (organized, strong communication,
able to identify needs)
- SHOW YOU CARE (and they know you care, let them have a safe place they
can go to)
- Relationships are everything! (positive and trustworthy with students, parents,
and co-workers)
- Co-teaching w/ intervention specialist … proficient in all subject areas
- Connections help when things go bad
- Student teachers… be visible with the administration
- Classroom management : fix behavior with building strong connections (they will
return your respect)
