Don Manuel Rivera High School's Dance Success

A group of students from Don Manuel Rivera Memorial National High School in Laguna competed in the 2nd Central Luzon Grand Ball dance competition held in Clark, Pampanga. The team placed 6th in the Pre-Amateur Latin C category and won the bronze medal in Third World Latin C. The competing students were coached by Bryan Mon G. Rosa. The team received a trophy and certificates for participating in the competition representing their school and province.

Central Luzon Grand Ball as a
representative of our district and also as
a representative of our province last
January 25, 2020 at ASEAN Convention
Center, Clark, Pampanga.

Mr. Bryan Mon G. Rosa, they really gave their best to win
during the competition among the 256 competitors from
different Regions in the Philippines and outside the
country as well.

The names of the students who competed are as


follows: Margarette Clarence Ajoc from Grade 10- Venus;
Kelly Ocampo from Grade 10- Aphrodite; Gwyneth S.
Ehilla and Melvin Ahmad both from Grade 9- Luke; Kisha
Flores from Grade 9- Philippians; Lujille S. Ehilla from
Mr. Bryan Mon G. Rosa and Shayne Concepcion (DMRMNHS
Alumni) during the awarding of Certificate.

Grade 7- Rosas and Andre Punio and Joshua Del Cozar both from
Grade 10 Minerva. These students are also the winning athletes
from the previous meets.

The team landed 6th Place at the Pre- Amateur Latin C and
bagged the Bronze Medal for the Third World Latin C, headed by
their trainer Mr. Bryan Mon G. Rosa who also competed in the
Adult Events during the competition.

The team received a trophy and certificates for joining the


competition.
